You want to exchange or return your Regina Pignatti dress?! Don’t worry it’s very easy. We believe that Regina Pignatti should always make you happy!

Please read the following:

Any claim must be made within 24 hours upon receipt.

If you wish to make an exchange or return, please contact us immediately at info@reginapignatti.com and we will organize the pick up of the parcel.

The product must be returned in its original and new condition, with no signs of being worn and its original packaging – hangtags must be still attached in its original way, and so our special hand-made box – within 7 days from receiving the order.

If for some reason your Regina Pignatti item doesn’t make you feel totally happy, and you wish to exchange/return it, simply send us an email to info@reginapignatti.com and let us know how we can help.

CUSTOM MADE – No refunds on “CUSTOM made” items – merchandise credit only.  However, if there is an error on our part we will correct the item or issue.  Claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

PERSONALIZED ORDERS – No refunds on personalized orders.  However, if you ordered a dress and you are not satisfied with the end result, we will allow you to return the item to have it changed, corrected or exchanged for a different design – one time only. Processing fees may be applied.

We feel sad if you want to return the item, but if so, upon reception of the product and after evaluating its condition, the value will be fully credited using the same payment method.
